Back down to earth from the previous run. This one hurt a little. Couldn't seem to get in a comfortable pace. The upside, this is the longest distance I have run without stopping to walk so far.


Dont let it discourage you though. When I first started running I would run a brief spell and then walk a bit. I thought I'd never get in shape. It didnt take long though after consistently going out and pushing to better myself each day.

Don't worry about how far you can run yet, build your stamina up and walk/run until you are at the point you feel you dont need to walk anymore, it takes time , stick to your plan :)
