      Great run to break the new shoes in Philip, Easy run!! I had to laugh at this wee quote, you definitely have that right to call it easy, just over 8 months ago you ran an average 6 - 6:30km/h now look at you, you've smashed that pace and now find this 5:30km/h pace easy, great progress my friend

      My wife starts a new job on Monday and now she'll get every weekend off, that means I can get some free weekends to do what I love, getting out doors and up into the mountains. cant wait :)

      Excellent pace for a 5k, if you want to have the TM to be more like an outside run set the incline to 1 - 1.5 or more if you want a better gradient

      @James Still trying to sort out my wife's new schedule to make sure she doesn't have to work that Sunday. I'm going ahead with incorporating cycling into weekly workouts when I can, I figure it can't hurt.

      Well done sir! You'll get it quickly enough and like others have said, it will really help your running... oy, now I'm starting to feel like I should get mine out and have it tuned up. It's from the 90s but has indexed shifters though my bike before that had friction shifters
