    It was breezy but not as bad or as chilly as yesterday, pretty nice temps. actually. On my run met some coyote hunters. I should have told them to kill any mountain lions they see too. :)

      Yes it is! I've just been walking at an incline of 8-10. Eventually I will do some intervals of running and walking. It really is a great workout for the legs and the gluteus maximus :)
