      6 x 1 mile is a really tough interval workout - seldom see people taking that on, so don't sweat the splits. Really a quality workout, well done!

    Interval workout-4x6 minutes hard. Definitely not as fast as I used to be before the slackerdom of '10, but I ran hard, got good and sweaty, and I feel good about it.

    Crap on a stick tempo run that I bailed on. Finished the rest of the miles at an easy pace. Still going to shoot for some monster mileage, but dialing back the super-fast buildup.
