FREAKING FANTASTIC! Heart rate was a little higher than I wanted for Zone 1 but it just felt so darn good to run and feel good about it again! Slow, yes...but I'm not supposed to be fast right now. I smell like sweat and sunscreen and I feel absolutely delicious!
