Thanks Kate. The problem now is that I have no goal races. None. I have signed up for nothing. I might run Haliburton in the fall. I might not. I might get involved as a volunteer and get Jonah to come with me to get some volunteer hours for high school graduation requirements. I might run Maine. I might not. Blah...I have no goals but that run yesterday was so much fun. Short socks and a skirt are the best!

Afraid not Kate... I'm such a wuss though! My hand hurts from my IV! I'm not sniveling over blisters or chaffing or sore legs. I'm whining because I got a sore hand! (But that doctor was REALLY cute. How embarrassing to meet somebody like that when you look like absolute poop!)

Thanks Kate. Ran the 30 faster than ATB this time, which had me happy. Had to walk the last 3, probably out of pain & discouragement. Stupid head games.

Nice work, lady. That's a very tidy increase in your race pace ... you've got this in the bag. Yup, I'm ready for the cold weather to be over too. I was totally counting on a reasonably warm HM in SK at Easter ... until Duane informed me on Monday they had -32 wind chill. It just. will. not. end.
