Shorter session doing the new release...the squats is a killer but not as bad as the triceps, can you say ouch! I have such weak arms and the dips kill. Only one thing to do: keep doing them until I get better at them!


I so admire your crosstraining! I am in a running-only rut I have got to get out of. I love my running, don't get me wrong, but I would be so much better off to include weights/classes/swimming/cycling/etc. You're a great example of making the rounds on different workouts.
about 1 month agoHey - have you heard people say that Body Pump is no good for runners? I get told it constantly, go figure. I still go though :)
about 1 month agoSeriously? I don't see why it wouldn't be good for runners. It gives a nice over all body workout. I love it but then again I love lifting weights.
Thinking about it though, they also say that running is bad for us, LOL. And sitting on the couch is too, hehehe. Oh well!
