Ran with hubby. My first two miles were around 9:15 pace then it got progressively faster. Hubby ran ahead of me and waited for me at mile 3. We ran back together. At mile 5, he just took off and told me to try to keep up with him. I was panting like a doggy but I ran my last mile at a 7:40pace! He ran it in 7:27. I wish I could run the whole 6 miles at a 7:40 pace...dreams!
