Fantastic pace!! Good idea re the books... I am too scared that I will slow down to listen though. Unfortunately I have to listen to my husbands music with a fast tempo to get me though those dreadmill runs. Way to go to slog it out for 5 mi :)

Nice! Way to doctor up the boring TM runs. I miss audio books, I once had JD Robb and Harry Potter books on my iPod. =)
