Went to the gym with hopes of having a spin bike, no luck but I didn't let that get me down. I lifted weights then I ran 5 miles.
I wore my new Nike Skirt/Short. Loved it! I was afraid that it would be constricting and that the short would ride up but it didn't.


Nice TM running!! Awesome pace!
