Nice job Isela.. Are you running at the gym or at your house? I can't run on the TM at my house, but if I am at the gym and there are others running around me it seems to be less painful.

nice work on the 4 Isela...I honestly think it takes a getting use to...and it may be just re-conditioning your body to run on a different surface! I'm experiencing the same frustration, but think it may go away with time :).

I don't mind treadmills, but running EVERY day may be too much! Don't forget R&R every now and then (rest & recovery)!
