Since I have an Oly this Saturday, I decided to go and see if I could still swim...two weeks without swimming can make a person doubt themselves. I got in the water and to my surprise, I was able to swim just fine. I swam for 1000 yards straight just doing flip turns, then I had to adjust my earplugs and then finished it off with 500 yards straight.

The Tri calls for 1500m...so I figured 1500yds would be a nice an easy pre-race swim.
