great Aerobic development intervals on rollers 25 km 00:52 17.9mph pace

Did the workout suggested here: http://www.flammerouge.je/content/3_factsheets/Drills/tentwenty.htm Managed to get half way through a third set before calling it quits. Ran out of gears on my bike for the fast bits. Pedalling the MTB at 60km/h with only a 42/11 I feel like I'm gonna bounce right off.
