The onions actually have some sort of a stimulant effect? I've never heard that. I have heard of eating whole, raw onions, but usually the sweet ones, like real Vidalias.

Tim, if you get a chance, could you please describe what you're doing? What I can see is that, in may, you talked about a 318 mile run in Colorado. Now, I see that you are well beyond 318 miles, and talking about Wisconsin, and Wyoming. So, I'm curious. What are you doing? Where are you going? What is your plan, and what is your goal? I don't know that it contains any real stimulants, but it is intense enough that it makes me not feel sleepy.

feeling strong but I don't want to push it after the episode I had the other night
a brief lapse of consciousness sunday evening told me I might need some extra rest so I made it a half day
Today brought me into Kemmerer WY. Shin splints are going away and I am making good progress. I should be entering Idaho on tuesday
