    I sprinted 3 laps 10 push ups, sprinted 3 laps, planks, sprinted 3 laps, sit up, sprinted 3 laps, wall sits, sprint 2 laps, rest, then sprint 4 laps.

    this year i am going to work more on getting faster rather than endurance. the goal is a 5k in under 20mins
