    Good enough. Got it done, used to the distance now. Got my first set of blisters with my new shoes. Not too bad though.

    Ten hills plus warm up, cool down and no stopping in between. Add an eleventh hill during the warm up/cool down. Not hurting...yet. Got my new shoes. Saucony Grid Twisters. Love them so far.

    Not bad, considering I worked last night (DJ for a Jr. Cotillion dance). Could have easily slept in, but the three of us ran. Glad we did. Weather was superb. Jed (husband) and Maddy did great.

    Felt much stronger than last Sunday. Nice out, no humidity, cooler than normal. Maddy and Jed ran, six minutes faster.

      Mom we were 4 minutes faster I counted wrong you know my math skills after a run! And that is a great pace for 9 miles!!! I'm proud of you!! I don't know any other moms that can do that!
