After putting in a 9 mile W/U, I met up with Matt during the Mistletoe race and paced him for close to 3 miles to help him finish out his half marathon. He started picking it up at sub 6:20 pace near the 12 mile mark and I just let him go. I still ended up with a sub 6:20 last mile and realized I needed to back off. Great seeing so many friends out there running! Happy Saturday!!
