great Steady State Pace Smeddy Treddy Run 8 mi 00:50 06:15 pace

I'm telling you this is one treadmill workout that I won't soon forget. Did a steady state pace run of 50 minutes at a 6:15 pace for 8 miles. Just too much going on and with the Phoenix heat still around--gotta do what you gotta do. I can't remember when I've sweat more--well there may be a few that come to mind.
