Sadly I couldn't get myself to do 5k strides out in this heat as it was already close to 90 at 7am. The dreaded treddy beaconed again. Did 10 x 1 min strides at approx 5k pace with 1 min recovery jog in between strides. Glad was able to run this speed on the machine.
