What to do when it's over a 100 degrees out in Phoenix....well embarrased to say that I quickly went to the treddy and knocked out an easy relaxed fiver. Body felt good for having been up since working for 14 hours (counting travel).


i think 98% of other runners would have done the same thing.. a wise choice.. nice job getting some miles in on a travel day today, paul!
