After having used the "Stick' the night before--my body felt ready for anything--thanks Aaron for lending me it! Aaron and I met up for quick 5 into town and turned back just after the town square. This town run included the Shallowford Lakes hills--always nice to start the first 1.5 miles with a ton of nasty lil hills. Not one runner to be seen--don't know why...it's only close to 100% humidity! As Aaron took off for work, I was back on the road after a few drinks of Heed to knock out another 5. Even though the bod felt better, I didn't want to push it just in case the hips got mad again. Happy Friday!!
