    Hot 5k race with conditions of 91 degs at beginning of race. Totally chilled and finished 7th overall. Had a nice last 1/4 mile kick that allowed me to pass three runners. Nice speedwork sash.

      OUCH! that's brutal for any run, but 91 during a 5k.. that's just cruel! Awesome job out there, Paul! That's a phenomenal effort in that heat! Way to show those guys at the end what's up! :)

    JPITM!! The lower 60s temps made for a beaut of a morning. Put in a 8 mile w/u and then did 8 x 1 Min striders with 1 min recovery jog. Then ran the final mile home at a chilling pace. Happy Tuesday!
