      @Ron...thanks! The Monaghetti Fartlek is a great workout as the 'On' + 'Recovery' sets add up to 20 min exactly...so if it gets hot, you're encouraged knowing there's a definitive end to the workout. And it's nice that you get the longer sets outta the way first...great for maintaining same faster pacing throughout. Big thing is not taking the pedal off the gas too much on the recovery!
