It has taken several months, but I am finally "almost" pain free. I have decided to do the Go 1/2 in April to test the leg out. I do not want a repeat of L&C, that was crazy and stupid to run a marathon on a seriously screwed up leg.

Another 8 on the treadmill. YAWN!! I am thankful the Y has individual tv's on the treadmills with cable.

I haven't had the (dis)pleasure of running on a treadmill. I hear it's dreadful. Great miles!!!

My gym still has the little dots that run around the loop. No cable, no fans, just you and the treadmill. Can become a mind game but I am finding it is getting easier.

I actually like the treadmill. I tend to work a lot harder on it then I do do on the streets. Even in the warm months I do speed work on the mill. Having the tv helps, at times I will run hills or do intervals during commercials.

Thanks guys. This was my first time toeing the line since Lewis and Clark. I had a pretty messed up left leg and made it a bunch worse running L&C on it. It has been a hard few months trying to let it heal up.
