Plan: 10-20 min warmup, 4 x 1/2 mi intervals @ 7:06 pace, cooldown. Started @ 6 am with 2.25 mi warmup, then ran 4 1/2 mile intervals with 0.1 mile walk/jog rest intervals in between. Finished off with 1.21 jog. Warm and super sticky here (100%) humidity.
