Rivermont Out/Back. Plan: 2 easy (9:29), 2 @ short tempo (7:54), 2 easy. Did not hit short tempo pace. Nice temperature (71F) but very humid and low on energy at the end.
Splits...8:34, 8:50, 8:11, 8:29, 8:44, 8:46. Started at 5:15; fire hose wet by end of run.

Will - I sent you a message. Would love to if you don't mind a old guy slowing you down! Supposed to run 13 if I can make it! Let me know. Earlier will be better since my wife has a bunch of stuff planned for me tomorrow!
