72F and 93% humidity @ 5:45 this morning but it didn't feel too bad. There were a few other runners out at the beginning and the sidewalks were teeming with them by the end. Glad to get this done in the morning. Having a training plan has really put me back on track and whether or not I hit my marks, I feel good that I'm no longer floundering around out there without a plan, which I've been doing since November. The plan for today was 1 easy (9:20 ish) warmup, 5 at marathon pace (8:46), and 1 easy cooldown. I pretty much hit my marks even though I struggled to find a rhythm.


The training plans do help. Great run today Scott.

I'll be there! I'm not sure if I'm really going to go for it, but I would at least like to beat my best time for this race, which is 39:39. See you there!
