  9. RUN
tired Langhorne, Blackwater, Riverm... 4.77 mi 00:44 09:17 pace

I don't know if it was the heat and humidity or that it was my 2nd almost-5 miler in 3 days (given my condition) but this one was rough. I had to stop and walk a couple of times. The humidity ... read more

  10. RUN
good Langhorne, Blackwater, Riverm... 5.03 mi 00:45 08:54 pace

Not too bad. This was my long run for the week (actually my only run). Tough hill in the middle slowed me a little. Weather was a little warm but the humidity was still low. Very happy with this one.

  11. RUN
    good Rivermont 4.02 mi 00:36 09:02 pace

Understand the hill problem, I have to go about half an hour west to get out of hills. Nice job on the 12.
