I only have one thing to say... EFF YOU WEEK 4. In the past, week 4 has always been the week in c25k that I hit a wall. Just this go around (within the past month) I've tried and failed at week 4 twice. Well 3rd (or maybe 10th over all's) time a charm. This will be the time that I crush week 4 into the ground and finish out the program.
Of course the elements of Ohio were conspiring against me today so I had to use the dreadmill... which for some reason I find SO MUCH HARDER than jogging outside. I know it's all a mental thing, so I tonight I just thought positive thoughts and busted it out. Even RAN the last 2 mins of the second 5 min jog. Finished strong and feel great. Now lets hope my shins feel fine tommoro and I can kill it again on Wed.
