Getting back to it! Took 2 weeks off to let my shins heels, got through the whole thing with very minimal pain. The 5 min jogs are killer but I'm hoping by the end of the week to feel more comfortable with them!! My roomate came with me so it was nice to have a jogging buddy!


It's good to see you're back on track. I hope your shins continue to feel better.
