Week 4 Day 1 - This was a bit rough. My legs/shins felt very tight and I think due to the time change I've just felt drained all day. Make it thro the first 5 min jog but took a 30 sec break in the second one. Hoping wed goes much better. At least it's now light out much longer... and it's finally warming up!!
edit: forgot to include that 1 mile of this was on the tredmill before i went out for my run.

Thanks Kristin! I'm hoping to feel back to normal tomorrow. It's so nice that it's 7:30 and still light out!!
