slow. and hard. probably because I spent the entire morning with a sick stomach, depleted alot of electrolytes and it felt like I was dragging a dead body behind me up the hills. sucks

Funny - I suffer from runners trots, so I laugh and I sympathize. Try going slow. The books say that it will still bolster your connective tissue as well as build a larger blood supply.

I love running at night too - but that is in Alaska, (I miss Alaska) when night can hit at 3 pm this time of year, and on the trails the only traffic I contend with is Mt. Bikers and x-country skiiers. Way to rack up the miles. When's your next race?
