Water felt great after a few strokes...stupid foot...ok...trying to take this in stride but if the MRI this week comes back bad I will NEVER register for the Fla. HIM again...sad.

just saw this! my foot that I broke/chipped last summer the cuboid bone on when I was running I may have re-injured or "aggrevated" with - sinus tarsitus??...Had an MRI Monday to rule out a stress fracture in my cuboid bone before he begins treatment of the sinusy thing...so I will swim and swim and swim... THANK YOU THOUGH!!

Sorry - I gave up FB for Lent and haven't been posting a lot lately so I missed this!! I have cuboid syndrone and have to back off my running. I have it from my previous injury with the chipped cuboid bone and the ankle inversion, that compiled with my pronating feet make for a bad running environment for that area. Sad since I really enjoy running. Oh and the foot is pre-arthiritic based on my "stated" chronological age...as if I would lie tee hee - got a kick out of that one...THANKS FOR ASKING!!
