    injured Extended Route 1- 3 mi 00:26 08:35 pace

    Had a 5.2 mile route set - about mile 3 felt a pop and pain just below my calf...limped and cursed the two miles home.

      Thanks Paul, I'm trying to hit Crossfit 4 days a week and hit two mid- range runs...I had the will but not the time to do a 5 miler today...Maybe next week I'll break into a 5 miler.

  7. Been out of commission due to a back injury....ice-heat-repeat the last 4 days....I am going to go swimming this weekend, buy some new running shoes and hit the pavement again Monday.

    I don't know if you're suppose to report gym work, but I hit the rolling hills program level ten for 20 and it was a great way to spend lunch. Feeling energized now.

    Considering the lights, tourist, and it being up hill I was happy with how hard I pushed and felt great afterwords. Not a long run, but a run nonetheless.
