Legs were pretty tight, but what a glorious day. Since this was the last long run I decided to pick up the pace a little. Splits for last 6mi were: 7'37", 7'30", 7'18", 7'16, 7'40", 7'30"
Wasn't easy, but not very hard. Quads pretty blasted now. Taper next week, which means I should probably find myself projects to do or I might go crazy.
Now going to meet a friend for coffee and cake at Abraço!


Some easy runs with a few strides should still be OK... we wouldn't want you to go crazy... :)
