    Good paced ride with the PYs to India Gate and back. Awesome chaach at Souuth Avenue

    Rode to Bhondsi Ashram with the PYs - managed the climb to the Ashram with confidence. The Tube developed multiple punctures due to heat on the way back. Riode back on a cycle rickshaw from Audi Chowk

    Really great weather and great route till Sohna. Stopped on the way to chat with friends who were flying RCs at Bhondsi. Met Ajay at Ghata top who was returning back from Qutub

    Overslept and started an hour late. As the weather was okay - enjoyed the ride. Traffic on GFR during the return was heavy.

    Proud of myself - inspite of a late night and a 6:15AM deadline to be back home - managed to get out and ride the 1 hour circuit. Good part is that Daily Mile shows that even this is a 1000 Cal burn
