good Bike path recovery 4.7 mi 00:40 08:32 pace

Easy going on the bike path, just working on stride and economy.
On the tick front: doc had me do a single dose of Doxycycline and keep my fingers crossed that the tick wasn't in long enough. Of course, every time I feel a twinge I have an anxiety attack :-(

Nice run. Fingers crossed here as well. We have a doctors appt this afternoon for my oldest daughter. We found a tick on her a couple days ago & she's already had a single dose just in case. We've already had two immediate family members with Lyme. Not looking like a good year for ticks (unless you ARE a tick), after that mild winter.

I'm sure I'd feel twinges all the time in your situation, hopefully it's just the tricks your mind is playing on you. Nice recovery (err, anticipation) miles.

Other doc (Lyme specialist) said the same thing (prophylactic dose of Doxy) and that I should be OK given no rash at this point. Fingers still crossed.
