It's been a stressful week or two, and I really needed a good run. This was not it. From the first step to the last I felt stiff and sluggish. Tried pushing the pace for a few miles to see if I could snap out of it but the hills got the better of me and all I really wanted was to get the run over with.

Way to get it done despite the stiff legs. You still got some good miles in the bank even if they weren't fun.
