A good run at the shack then i mowed the lawns now that was workout after the cockies had destroyed the trees and covered the lawns with leaves and dug up the grass als did 3x2min planks,3x60 cruches and 3x70 pushups.


Great cross training Paul, super workout mate, great to get outside in this weather :)
