VO2 Max test. made it to 13:30 before pulling the plug (half way thru stage 5) then cooled down. results were 47.9 which is right on the border of "good" and "high." don't remember my exact numbers from previous tests but i was in the "high" range for my age. I also feel like I could have pushed myself just a little farther but in the moment it feels impossible. body fat % is down 2.4% despite weight staying the same. so happy about that. max hr=184 which doesn't make sense to me but i don't monitor my hr or use it in my training.

    The VO2 test is a beast. I kept thinking can we just drop the incline and let me run faster instead.
