Laps around the park in the cold. I ran in intervals, and ran to get stray soccer balls every time I passed the soccer fields. I was planning to walk for the last 5 minutes but "Hey You" by Outkast started playing on my iPhone so I got all hyped up and started doing those side cross step things... my heart rate quickly went up.
