I did laps around my house and back yard... mostly walking. Average heartrate was 145... max HR: 188 (because i sprinted one lap). Amazing how quickly my HR gets up to its max! Been diligently stretching the nerves in my leg for the past week and I can already feel the difference. It's feeling good!
I've also lost 4 pounds since the beginning of the year. I've been cooking really healthy yummy food, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself. I stopped buying snacks. I don't usually buy that many... only oatmeal cookies and lemon crisp cookies from Trader Joes. My kids haven't complained and they are eating small extra servings of what I make for lunch and dinner, instead of cookies. I'm happy they don't seem to be bothered by the lack of cookies. They've also been eating fruits for snacks and making fruit smoothies and they love it.
