I wanted to run in the snow, but it stopped snowing just as I went out to run. I find it easier to run in the cold. I had some issues with my Runkeeper app and the GPS which distracted me halfway into the run. I felt I ran pretty fast in the last mile, to make up for walking while I was trying to make Runkeeper work properly again.
I realized that it might be best to run shorter distances until my legs get stronger because I don't want to strain my sciatica this time. I felt very slight cramping in my right leg at mile 3 which reminded me that that longer distances made things worse before.
I felt pretty strong otherwise. I don't feel like my heart rate is going up to much. I bet if I lost more weight I could run faster. :P
