Ran the same trail as Sunday. Was still a liitle sore from running on Sunday and swimming on Monday, but I'm glad I took Tuesday off. My muscles felt great today once I started running and I did approximately the same distance as Sunday in two minutes less. That quickly reminded me how quick improvement can be. Swimming tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. I hope to run a longer distance on Friday if I'm not too sore.
