I used to usually do 64 laps when I'd go to the pool, but I really feel like I'm starting from the beginning, so I decided not to push it. It wasn't hard... used the swimming gloves for some breaststroke laps and that really worked out my arms nicely.
I didn't want to use up all my energy so I can do a short core workout and some stretching a little later.


I'm sooooo sore right now. I might have to do yoga tomorrow instead of running.
