I know, it was so cold out today, we were shooting for 6 miles this evening but it got really dark, we stopped at the van to contemplate going two more but then the rush of cold came on us and we left! Too cold! Get rest so you do well on Saturday!

It was so cold at the start then i started to feel a little light heat surrounding me. Felt awesome! But then... when we got done and at our cars, the cold freezing air came back so fast! Brrr....

Yes, it wasn't easy...I was really stuggling as well. I even gained two more pounds...I wish it was muscle but it's belly fat. Talk about depressing. Hopefully, this week will be better for you...I'm going to be trying really hard to stay away from all the candy.
