I'm doing recovery runs for the rest of the week, apparently.

great 5 mile fun run 5.28 mi 00:50 09:25 pace
I had some fuckery going on in my right quad today so I took it easy (plus I'm saving myself for a fun 5k + some beer drinking tonight).

RUN
alright stroller jog 2 mi
Sort of a rest day. After she woke up from her not-nap, we took the kid to the park and then ran around it a couple times.

great stroller and some treadmill 7.5 mi 01:05 08:39 pace
Early run today, baby woke up at 5:30. Ran to the gym with her, did 6.5 on the TM and ran home. Now she's napping and I'm wired. Too early for a cocktail?

good more and more stroller jogging 3 mi
I didn't intend on running three times today but that's what happened. I took the baby to the park and we ran around a little. Then my husband wanted to go to the gym so we ran there too.

mile run + some jogging 4.88 mi 00:45 09:15 pace
I haven't done a timed mile since Feb (7:02), so I did that (6:49) and then half-ass jogged a few more miles.

RUN
good stroller jog 7 mi 01:11 10:11 pace
baby woke up at the crack of dawn and then fell asleep in the stroller (hasn't done that in a year), so I ran until she woke up. I never want to do that again. #motherrunningisoverrated

RUN
good accidental stroller hill workout 3 mi
Tried out a new park that was much hillier than our usual route. I'm guessing about 3 miles but it felt like more.

Oof. These runs make us appreciate the good ones. Good work under stressful conditions!

It was actually a pretty nice little run until the last two miles! Waited until too late in the day.
