more bad than good. my stupid IT Bands are just....not happy. and I am clearly not foam rolling/rehabbing enough.

Ankle preserver 15 mi
Trying to save my right ankle so I rode on trainer while watching some football. 8 mile run was the plan so 15 on bike will have to do.

missed the group run yesterday, low on mileage this week, was not entirely convinced I would make it 7 miles. concerned about ITband issues so walked the large hill in the middle. felt good!

My week has been crap, so I'm way behind on training mileage. Barely dragged my behind out of bed this morning to hit the treadmill and only managed 1.5. Did some ITBand stretches. Meh.

Ugh, I've been dealing with IT band issues, too. Definitely foam roll, because that has made it possible for me to keep running. Have you tried clamshells and planks? Those seem to be helping me, too. Hang in there.
