good 10 miles bike edurance 10 mi 45:00 0.2mph pace
Went with my husband, the speed demon. He was happy that I didn't yell at him to get off my wheel. Bottom line, I gotta get used to pack riding.

First open water swim of the year and the air looks wetter than the water. At least it's not cold and windy. Thinking about my friend Joan at Elkart Lake doing the tri today.

I was hit on Lake Shore Drive in Mequon 5 years ago. Physically I was fine. Mentally, it's taking work to get back out. BUT...I love my coach! She's a huge help! HUGE. And thx guys. Every bit helps.

Ran/walked yesterday--first time since starting PT and aggressively trying to heal my foot before the tri in July. Today is a "rest" day and I need it. I'm sore but it's hurts so good.

So glad you got some running in! I am the same way, love that sore feeling after some good workouts :)
