One of my beefs with dailymile is that you can only give an approximation of effort. Mine was more like 85 to 90 percent today.

I was lucky enough to have a tailwind a large portion of the ride, as I felt my legs were a bit tired. Even so, I took to the hills well, of which there were many, and felt dead on just one of them, up to UWW.

Oh, yeah, plus I'm more than 1/3 of a way to my 2012 goal. So, yay!
