Interval Step Class! Included 1 min of Mountain Climbers, 1 min of Squat Thrusts, between stepping. Also included 1 min of triceps dips and 1 min of triceps pushups. 1 min of plank and 1 min of pushups, 1 min of hydrants, 1 min of Jumping Jacks and stepped between it all. My class worked hard. Good effort!
